Our Yoga and Wellness Ministry seeks to provide opportunities for the community to improve its health and well-being. We practice yoga three times per week and engage in two sessions of low impact exercise weekly.

Yoga helps us center ourselves to get closer to God

We believe that yoga offers emotional and spiritual healing through relaxation, breathing, flexibility, and strength, which opens your heart to God.

Yoga classes are held each Monday and Thursday at 4:30 pm.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Often the chair yoga student is unable to participate in a traditional yoga class due to the effects of aging or disabilities. However, chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.

Chair Yoga is Friday at 8:30 am.

The Sisters in Sweats (SIS) program combines fellowship and low-impact exercise twice per week to improve health and overall well-being.

SIS meets every Monday and Wednesday morning at 9:00 am
