Celebrate Pentecost: Wear Red!

This Sunday, May 24th, we celebrate the "birthday of the church"—Pentecost. We invite everyone to join in the celebration by wearing red to our service.

Why Red? In the Christian tradition, red is the liturgical color of Pentecost. It serves as a vibrant reminder of the "tongues of fire" that descended upon the Apostles, representing the energy, passion, and power of the Holy Spirit.

Whether it’s a favorite shirt, a scarf, or a tie, let’s fill the sanctuary with red as a visible symbol of our shared faith and the fire of the Spirit alive in our community today!
